The guy is a dodgy individual entrepreneur. He bought a server in a real data centre. When he says "we" he implicitly pretends to be an employee of the data centre. In fact, if someone contacts the comrade, all the trouble will not be with the data centre (which, yes, excellent), but with a clever crooked friend with delusions of grandeur. It's enough to browse his website to understand all this.


And of course, personally, I would rather trust a trusted hosting provider than a dodgy fellow who has full control over his server and all the virtuals on it.

 
And by the way, is any advertising allowed on this forum?!
 

And this is how a fellow benchmarker does it:

Dedicated server - pentium d (2 cores), 2 gigs of RAM, drive raid 1 sata
Our standard client workstation (also 2 CPUs (logical) in the machine)

Same version of windows with the same registry.

We give the program regedit a request to search for the line "qqq" with all the checkboxes enabled. There is no such line in the registry and the program will have to go through the whole registry to find it.

Result:

Dedicated server - total CPU load 50-55% ... time 1 min. 28 sec.
Our workplace - overall CPU load 47-58% ... time 21 sec.

As you can see, our machine completes this task more than 4 times faster with the same CPU load."

RIV, you're making a serious mistake - you're going against the trend. Note: people oppose installation of their EAs to your miracle servers, but at the same time they take great interest in time-space distortions caused by fridge in their daily lives. It seems to me that this product will be in great demand here.



And another thing. Traders don't always believe their own eyes, and when they are being bullshitted they question it all the more.

Discussing whether a fridge is suitable for PBX accommodation is totally uninteresting to me and can not be any trend ...
