There's an article about the Skype connection. I wasn't going to order it :) I wanted to know if I overestimated the price of such a thing at 400 quid.

No, it does not. But it affects the efficiency of an EA working by this strategy in conditions of Internet trading - yes, very strongly.
On the performance of the strategy - no. But on the performance of an EA working on this strategy in an internet trading environment - yes and very much so.
Rather on the authenticity of the EA strategy and the strategy specified in the ToR.

I would venture to guess that "legends" are not placed in the championship by experts who trade on the real.
Just like rally cars or formula-1 cars do not drive on public roads.
