Can you please write an advisor based on the indicator fractals in general the essence of the following ....... as soon as the fractal appears up - the advisor opens a position to lower ... and keeps it until the fractal appears down...... to raise - the opposite (TIME FRAIM D1)
 
An indicator that will average points would be appreciated. ToR:

The indicator counts points from a given time and averages them. I.e., for example, I enter that 1 conditional point equals 100 points in metatrader. Then, if the price rises by 100 pips, the indicator draws a green arrow (the arrow is where the hundred point rise ended). If the price decreased by a hundred pips, it draws a red down arrow.


Only the time at which the indicator starts counting and the number of pips taken as one conditional

There is such an indicator. It is called Renko. Only instead of arrows there are bricks.

help find an indicator that will count all the ticks inside the bar add them up and divide by the number of ticks, thereby finding the average and displaying it on the screen and also mark the level of the price on the bar
p.s. need precisely the values, not coloring if there are programmers please help me think this is not difficult
