already tried)))

//ind1[i]=iMA(NULL,0,MAPeriod,0,MAMethod,MAPrice,i);
ind1[i]=Close[i];

We could have put MAPeriod=1

Yeah, I always do so MA1 when I think, and here in the morning)))

By the way here cybernetics is worse than mathematics, i.e. correlation is worse than statistical methods of hypothesis testing.

and what difference would it have made? ...." went into itself"..... that's what it's called now... all the more so because the 'rooftop switch' is not recovering in any way :))))))

Find yourself on top of the pictures from Cosmos and stroke your tea, your favourite.

i can't help but reply... you're wearing lipstick .... i can recommend a specialist :))... no pebbles, gel in a loom and smells amazing......

off top ^(

Those who paint their lips have no business being in forex, because they can't do the "pose, make a fist" thing.

First you have to come up with something, then you have to collect statistics.

Another idea occurred to me - to calculate the correlation between two indicators (or price and indicator) concerning a linear function, by the signs of the correlation coefficient we will be able to determine the presence of divergence and its strength.

Here. The green line is the divergence strength. There are also white and grey dots in the centre, grey dots represent correlations changing in one direction and white ones - in different directions.

to Integer

e.g. Spearman rank correlation

here's another picture, in rar? naturally :)

points A, B- are of no interest post factum (although the second one is questionable), but SD...... ?

yes, the red vertical one is when the indicator is attached to the chart.....

Yes, I looked it up - they are not suitable for automatics A B - they would be reversed :-) just right, i.e. at A sell, and at B just output without a bay - and freeze

S D is much nicer

by the way now it is clearly visible by the pound breaking up the Asian flat boundary at least at breakeven they both go

--- not you personally

my point is that some signals are good ! but not all !

and as usual, the question remains how to determine which signal is good and which is not

you may enter at ANY point with a determinant,

but it is very difficult to describe it clearly - EXACTLY that - to a machine, and no one can formalize it as a task

how could the machine do yesterday with the pound where there is no signal for the sell divergence? no way!

i saw the pound break through the flat overnight levels and the synchronicity of the move - gold yen chiff and other pairs

As for the divergence, there was no sell signal yesterday - or rather there was one at the end of the move ;-) as for the pound
