Metatrader 5 charts frozen

Hi, im having a problem with metatrader 5. The charts are frozen to January 16, network is connected, but the charts will not update. I have tried reinstalling, but still the same.

Maybe you could give me a solution?

 

Please provide logs  from journal teminal.  Do you have any firewall/antivurus installed?

 
OpenCL initialization skipped due to critical error, please update OpenCL drivers. I updated my drivers, but still the same.

Alpari is out of business... thats why your chart freeze.

I assume you are using Alpari UK which is almost bangkrupt.... but other (Alpari Rusia) is still running.

Alpari UK immediately announce it insolvency condition, after SNB (Swiss National Bank) decide to scrap the Swiss franc's currency cap against the euro.
Maybe same like Swiss Bank open its hedge fund <-- my personal opinion.

SNB issue causing Alpari UK loss million dollar... it happen since 16 Jan 2015.

 
Yup, that's what I thought. As mentioned above, Alpari servers no longer working due to going into liquidation
