Today Yuri Luzhkov resigned, not by himself, but with the words 'for loss of confidence'. I propose to consider this day, September 28, as a new bank holidays, the Day of Loss of Trust, and in the future to coincide all forced resignations exactly with this date. For the people it is great joy, but for the officials it is a day of lively fear. Vladimir Zhirinovsky supported the idea of declaring a holiday, although in a slightly different form: He proposed declaring September 28th as Anti-Corruption Day.
Lately everything has been done in China. Even Luzhkov's resignation.
This was the wrong mayor and he was making some wrong honey.
