To watch a trader either sign a signal and try to understand how and what it trades and/or start an EA and run it in visual mode in the Strategy Tester. There you know the whole setup...
Never forget trading is a statistical game and losing is part of this game! So one of the basic rules should be: when you open a position you must know what are the conditions to close it either with loss (the trading idea was wrong) or with a win.
Don't get emotional neither after a loss (becoming depressed) nor after a win (becoming greedy - this is the most dangerous reaction).
