I'm getting some kind of bullshit here.

We take 0.5, we take the period in ticks, then the size of the candle should be proportional to the root of the tick volume. Right?

But the statistics shows that the value of the candle is proportional to the tick volume?

Rorschach, I don't understand how the data was collected. In one 24-hour period - or by significant history? But that is not even the point.

One should not compare minutes with each other, but candles of different periods. Let's say, one hour candle versus one minute candle, if you want to check it. The ratio of the average one-hour candle to the average one-minute candle should be about 8, not 60.

Tick volumes have nothing to do with it at all.

P.S. The proportionality of the candlestick size to the tick volume just says that the rate movement within minutes differs from the Brownian one.

I'll lure you in with a poem

To a land where there's no good and no evil.

Where only love reigns for centuries,

where even sorrow and sadness are sweet.

I'll give you a poem

The way flowers are given to lovers.

They will lead you astray

In a land of magic

There's no place you can't love
