The stock exchange is stressing them about "false" market activity, and the broker, in order to absolve himself of any responsibility,

writes all sorts of nonsense in their contracts...

There's nothing to see.

Just in paired trading, I bought and sold Si-3.20 futures several times back and forth (alignment of positions).

The Expert Advisor was taking prices from the "broken" market.
