Let's just say I've had meetings, with users of this forum. And I don't mean to say that the people I met had bad intentions. But we're talking about a scammer and that vigilance is the best ally.

Vigilance is certainly a good thing:
But if you take MKL in particular about the poor security you were talking about above. I don't think anyone here on freelancing or selling EAs/instruments is making millions so that hackers start going after them up to the point of copying sims.
