There are advertisements for gambling establishments in Skrill.
It's not advertising. These are their clients who have opened accounts there, which, in turn, cannot be opened if the legal entity does not have official registration. So, everything is perfectly legal. It is just that some comrades are mad with impotence (I really want to do "them" some nasty thing, but the choice of options is very small).
The quotation of QIWI, which is traded on the American exchange NASDAQ, as of 20:58 Moscow time on July 14 decreased by 2.14% compared withthe closing price on July 13 to $ 12.34 per share. The company's capitalization decreased by almost $19 million to $742.2 million compared to July 13.

If Roskomnadzor has the ability to influence the share price, I doubt they haven't made a big deal out of it by collapsing the price. I don't believe in their desire to protect any moral values, but to cash in on a collapse is easy.

I systematically receive emails from Skrill and they are advertising gambling establishments. Skrill deliberately promotes these "clients".
Once again, from a legal point of view, all these casinos are perfectly legal. The purpose of ANY commercial entity is to make a profit. If Skrill was paid to advertise in emails, why should they refuse to do so? But you can't block a site which has no ads on it for advertising in emails.
