Looking for a mentor, no matter forex or stock market - page 7

Izzatilla Ikramov:
To support the student in his/her endeavours, to be able to identify his/her strengths/abilities and give recommendations for their development.

I hope you understand how much it costs...

Or are you still living in the times of the USSR when education was free?

Nowadays, a philanthropist patron who has nothing else to do can tutor a newcomer for free.

Or - a defunct trader - who, again, has nothing better to do.

It's not horizons that make you money, but other qualities...

I live in an independent country where primary education is free.

I didn't say that a mentor would waste his time for free / without benefit to himself.

You must not have read carefully or been in a hurry to write back. I wrote that you don't have to be in the trade to mentor. Becoming wealthy is the right way to think about it and it's universal to all activities.

I did not say that a mentor will spend his time for free / for no profit...

if only he was a referral - then at least there is some sense in wasting time and effort.

But otherwise, a mediocre person appears who cannot or does not want to learn what's written in textbooks on this forum and starts looking for a free babysitter...

Izzatilla Ikramov:

1. define the purpose.

2. Start reading the relevant literature persistently and enthusiastically. Believe me, it will only do you good.

3. Work on demo or cent accounts, don't waste your money testing systems.

4. When working in the market, ask more of the question - "what is the market doing now", instead of wasting your time looking for answers to "why did this happen".

5. I'm learning too - if you don't agree, please ignore it.

What literature do you find useful ?

Zogman:

What literature do you find useful?

All literature which develops a person in all five spheres of life is useful. I read with pleasure B. Schaefer, B. Tracy, R. Kiyosaki, M. Douglas on trading and there are some traders specializing in Fibo and VSA. Although I don't trade on the latter now, their materials and advice have been useful.

Izzatilla Ikramov:
The mentor can be from any field, as long as he or she has at least 10 times more money than the pupil, has a broad outlook, etc.
In other words, you want to find a kind of "daddy", an experienced and wealthy one, so to speak, who will "produce" you, instructing you in both ways).

There is not as much of a need as there was in the beginning, but still: The smart one learns from his mistakes and the wise one from others'!

But I think you're looking in the wrong place. You should be on a dating site. Like "young, good-looking guy looking for a generous patron, blah, blah, blah..."
