I've always been interested to hear from H4 and higher timeframe traders: Why deliberately reduce your profitability by only 3-4 trades a week instead of 20-30? Is it a bit of a good thing or something like that?
Profitability depends not on the number of trades, but on the accuracy of entry/exit. Lower TF - higher noise.
3-4 per week * 7 majors = 21-28 trades.

It is better to start with yourself. What you are an expert in, what you believe in, what you have a predisposition to.
And then the market will tell you.
