Do you have more authoritative counterexamples where comments are shown in reverse order?
It's difficult to compare, of course, since the methaqvot blogs cannot be compared to anything else yet.
If we talk about a blog as a stream of posts by one author to which comments flow, then please

And now the comments to the posts are going in sequence the later the lower, !!! and that!!! in the current version, the response to the comment flies to the end of the general chain as on the forum, instead of being built in the form of a tree of communication

But if we talk about a blog as posts on a topic by different authors, then it turns out - users' blogs are comments of the same blog and then it's OK :-) fresh at the top

but then it's not clear why
quote "in the current version, a reply to a comment goes to the end of the chain as in the forum, instead of being built in the form of a communication tree," which would make more sense
in general as far as i know, sorting of posts by time in blogs and forum is at administrator's discretion, less often the reader is given the opportunity to sort, just looking at how things currently look in metaquotes, i would sort in the opposite direction, just imagine that the number of comments would exceed somewhere over 1000 "in any blog post on any topic"
There is still something wrong with the formatting in the headers of the "blogs", while editing seems to be OK, but after saving, at least the tables and links turn into plain text
There is no formatting in the blog feed, but the blogs themselves are fine - everything is saved.
like no, then why a full-fledged interface when creating a blog?
I've done a ton of blog posts (even about my MT4 trading) ... and everything is fine ...
what interface, what "for"? i do not understand ...

what interface, what "why"? I don't understand ...
here is a blog post with 1108 hits (this is a review), and i think most of them are not local - traders come from other places. the english part has posts with 3 thousand hits, and this 3 thousand mostly is not internal traffic (comes from external sources). here is my post in english on how to post technical analysis on the forum.
The reviews, for example, are very interesting and popular.
I used to put in a table ... I'll put it somewhere else ...
In lists of posts the brief text of posts without formatting is shown (it is made specially, otherwise the list of posts will dotted with all colours of a rainbow).
There used to be a real problem - when you manually set the "cat" (the"horizontal line" button on the editor toolbar) it did lose formatting in the part of the post before the cat. This has now been fixed.
