Why have subscriptions been banned on the grounds of "too high a yield" ? - page 18

I advise you to be careful with these transfusions if you trade on an exchange. Regulators there are strictly watching such things, at least on Western exchanges. If they discover this fact, you could be in big trouble.

What is the crime? Is it written somewhere that you cannot do so?

They have it written down, but in our country it is a normal phenomenon.

zfs:
They have it written and we have it as normal.
Do they have it written down that this is exactly what you can't do? And if two different accounts belong to two different people, are they going to prove collusion? Or is one suspicion enough?

zfs:
They have it written,
Where?

You will "theorise" and they will collect evidence and at one point
you may go on holiday abroad and come back twenty or thirty years later from the u.s.

Suspicion is certainly not enough, everything will be proved in court ... Or not :)

If there are suspiciously frequent transactions between two accounts, and especially if there is an overflow of money, they will get suspicious and block the accounts until they find out, and then you have to prove that you are not a fraud. In the West, stock crimes are very strict.

Our market, of course, has much less control, there is room to run amok, I think :) And the over-the-counter market probably has no control, free zone :)

What is the crime? Is it that I buy from myself and sell to myself while paying a commission? Is arbitrage outlawed, by any chance?

The reason is that in the first account the money is dirty, but in the second account it is clean.

sanyooooook:
the first account is dirty and the second account is clean.
That's right, .
There was a trial of sellers of Viagra, etc. over the internet, and they got a nickel for selling or cheating, and a thirty for money laundering.

Why are they dirty. What kind of term is that?

You can tell any profitable trader that your money is dirty. And change all operations. Profitable ones. Profitable trades, of course.
