I am a client of Otkritie who is also trying to work via MT5. In this connection, I ask you to answer, is it supposed to calculate GO correctly in your trading terminal?
Moscow Exchange provides CS benefits when working on inter-month spreads for many instruments. For example buying a RTS 9.13 futures and selling an RTS 12.13 futures, they take only one - larger SE, and in MT5 they are added, thus diverting (blocking) trader's money, which leads to inefficiencies in arbitrage transactions. I would like to draw your attention that GO in KVIK is calculated correctly. are there plans to remove this error in MT5 and allow traders to work on those terms which are regulated by the exchange http://rts.micex.ru/s206?

What's the problem there? I've just been getting GO values and haven't had any problems. What's the difference there? And in your profile there is a servicedesk application for you, but you may have to wait for the result.

Moreover, as a client of Otkritie, first of all I contacted him, in his turn the technical support person confirmed that the calculation of the SE in MT5 takes place without taking into account the benefits of inter-month spreads and suggested me to focus on the SE designated in the KVIK for this trading account. But, this is not acceptable for me, because I make deals via MT5 and it blocks them due to insufficient funds in the account.
