Proposal to the organisers of the Championship - page 9

Vladix:

Where are the new ideas? It feels like this is being irretrievably lost. There are no more participants generating and trying out new trading ideas and principles over time.

So, about the suggestion.... It will be good for participants, for whom the Championship will become a promotional platform for their talents and ideas.
Mathemat:

The rules will have to be changed if you want to popularize robot trading.

I want there to be intelligence on ATC, and I want ATC to become really interesting.

You will have to come up with mechanisms that make people think, rather than dumbly clone known ideas.

Unfortunately, the two aims are essentially opposite. ATC is probably fulfilling its purpose (popularization). And to demand that it has intelligence and ideas is probably pointless. I do not believe that people who have promising ideas will discuss them in the public domain, much less put them up for a championship. Popularising ideas among freeloaders leads to their devaluation. Those who have a level of competence that allows them to earn money will discuss ideas with specialists of their own level, not publicly. I think "intelligence" is quietly engaged in converting intelligence into money, and does not need championships.

C-4:

To do that, we need to develop the MQL Community in both directions: 1. ideas 2. the technical implementation of those ideas. And while the technical development is more or less clear, the development of the Community towards a leading trading platform, where traders from all over the world could meet and share their ideas, would be very difficult.

If we talk about really working ideas, I think this title has long been occupied by closed resources, and nothing can be done about it, apparently this is correct.
