Andrey Kisselyov:
It's easy on the local. right-click in the agents and export the agent list. upload the agent list to mt5, which will manage the agents.

respectfully.

Thanks - the export worked! But why the hell couldn't it find the IP?!

Aleksey Vyazmikin:

It doesn't matter now that the agents are on the job.
You're welcome.

Respectfully.

My pleasure.

Regards.

While the local agents are working, the remote agents are still not working - it says they are connected but there is no connection...

Aleksey Vyazmikin:

So far local agents are working, but remote ones are still not working - it says it's connected but there is no connection...

read what i wrote before.

Export via agentlist as well.

Regards.

P.S. Do not forget to prescribe router IP in the agentlist instead of the local IP.

Andrey Kisselyov:
Read what I wrote before.

Export via agentlist in the same way.

Sincerely.

I exported it in this way - no result. I understand that the router goes to the local network, and from it goes to the internet.

инет----роутер----комп

you need an external IP in the agent list and ports which you open at the router for forwarding to a local computer to the agents.

best regards.

Here's the contents of the export, there's not even a hint of an external IP...

This is a local IP external can be determined by connection, through a website to determine your IP, or in the router settings.

Regards.

Clearly external - i.e. do I have to change the IP in this sheet myself?
