I think Urain gave the right answer, because my tax withholding also goes with DEAL_ENTRY_IN, which contradicts the essence of the transaction (and that it is a withdrawal, not a credit - you can tell by the sign)

And why remove it when it can be used for balance trades (and others not in, out, inout) which are now DEAL_ENTRY_IN, as I understand it, not because they are in fact such, but because DEAL_ENTRY_IN = 0
