Hi,
I encountered an issue wherein I suddenly have open positions that apparently was associated with a signal that I have already cancelled.
Any idea what is causing this
When you terminate a subscription, you must close open positions yourself.
Miracles don't happen :)
Look for the reason: for example, you may have a VPS running somewhere. It is also recommended to study the trading history and logs.
But the thing is, you can only be subscribed to one signal per account at a time. It is weird that 2 signals was processed for the same account.
Anyways, I have already opened a Service Desk ticket regarding this.

You probably had the signal subscription migrated to your MQL5 VPS and continued working there.
