My account balance not reflecting on metatrader 4 apps

Has this happened once you logged in or it was showing before ? 

MT4 is up to date ? 

Have you tried on different devices.

Ask the broker for troubleshooting , this is not normal.

I have beer experienced this issue in 8 years.

Since the beginning no deposit information was shown and i tried on another device and its still the same .The app is up to date last update on Mar 22. Havent ask my broker about it i will clarify with him/her.

Have you verified that you are indeed logged onto the exact same account on both devices, using same account number, trade server, password?

Does the log entries report any problems?

Are you sure you are not confusing your MQL5 account balance here in this website, with your broker trading account balance?

Because they are 2 different things...
