It is not possible through standard MT4/5 options, but it is with certain utilities, make your own search in the Market.

There is a way for sure in MQL5 by becoming a seller and getting registration completed and issue your signal for minimum amount i.e. 30 USD (only Demo Server Signals are free to be copied) and ask your followers or Receiver to follow the trading account but but but its not free and its not logical too for opting such a way so....

Better and wise option would be to purchase a Trade Copier by MQL Market by paying one time fees and you will be happy in future for sure and if using EA then surely you will need a VPS too so plan yourself accordingly if that fits well into your budget
