If you are expecting an answer, then you have to provide much more detail, including screenshots. Tell us about your MetaTrader build, operating system, is it a local PC or VPS, and all other manner of details that will help identify the cause of the issue.

 
You can use same procedure as before:
fill Community tab with your forum login (riverl) and forum password, check Internet Explorer to be installed in your Windows 10 computer, and update.
And do not use any external VPS for that.
