It was OK until 12h51 when the system closed the open positions which were not close on my signal account. Until this moment, he obtained no replication.
Nothing was touched by him on the MT5 plate-form.

It doesn't matter if he touched anything or not, he may need to re-synchronize his signals subscription.
Also he should check that this wasn't a margin stop out on his broker side.
