Return or exchange the expert

I bought an expert advisor, and during the experiment, the results were not encouraging and unacceptable.

Question: Do I have the right to return the expert advisor to its owner, or exchange it?

I think - you can contact with the author/owner but as far as I know: there is no any "exchange" in MQL5 Market.

I've just been informed that a  cancellation is only available for: non-rent purchases made within 7 days and having 0 used activations.
