If you did not activate this product (if you did not install it for example), and if you cancel it within 7 days since buying - you will get refund.
I do not know about how long does it take (I never made a refund sorry).

The refund is instant, but the money will be returned to your MQL5 account, not to the mean of your initial payment (credit card or Paypal for example).
