How to fix mt4 platform language issue

Normally I use English for my MT4 platform and I tried to use other languages like Chinese, Japanese but it didn't work properly.
I want to know how to fix this issue.

This is not a language issue, but a character coding one.

Try the second column in your MT4 menu, the first top option and then the 9th language in the row, should be english.

If that doesn't work, you need to check the language coding in your computer's languages (unicode and such).

English works on mt4 platform and all languages work properly on mt5 platform.
