Fail to recover password, your help is appreciated

 

Dear MQL5 Community,


I tried many times to recover my password here at https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten, however no email was ever sent to my mailbox to allow me to reset the password.


I have tried a lot of times already.


Any clue how to solve this issue?

Additional information:

- I registered my account via Google login, therefore no password was set at all
- I have purchased an Expert Advisor already, however I cannot use it because I fail to login on MT4 platform without a password (MT4 does not allow Google login)
- Therefore I need to recover / reset my password as written above, but no password recovery email I have received after many times of trying
