An applied template, removes existing objects, EAs and indicators, then add whatever is in the template. The template is then irrelevant; there is no name to show.

For the third and last time, you are not "working with" any template; once applied, the template is irrelevant. All you have is the chart as it currently exists, just as if you made the changes yourself.

You always can be a little creative and add a hidden object on each template with the description or object name as the template name and than in the ea query that object

Imagine a world where you have a script or whatever that whenever you apply a template to a chart it leaves it's name somewhere on the chart and as long as you have that chart you can
see the name of the template that was last applied to it.
