Is it fine to provide signal using other's expert advisor (especially a one I bought from the market)? I tried to look for an answer but no result.

As far as I know there is no rule against it.

Many MQL5.com signals are based on Market purchased products.

 
I'm pretty sure you are allowed to do it. Many people who sell their EAs on here (including myself) publish free signals to show live results.

I mean, if the EA is not mine but I bought it from the market, can I still provide signal using it?
