Signal copying error, Subscription failed

I am trading in the USA, and I am trying to copy a signal from a provider in the USA.

When I try to subscribe to the signal, I get a message saying "Subscription failed, provider does not use FIFO rule." However, the provider is following the rule, and the provider has other clients that use the same broker I am using.

When I search for signals that do not use hedging and go by the FIFO rule, this providers signals do not appear in the list. But the provider insists they are using the FIFO rule, and it is impossible to be otherwise due to regulations.

How can I subscribe to this signal? <...>
