refund for closed signal
I know two refund options (in case you unsubscribe):
- "refund for the months that have not started yet" , and
- "if you unsubscribe within 24 hours of your initial subscription, you will get an automatic full refund".

You can get a full refund if you unsubscribe within 24 hours of your subscription.
Otherwise, you have to contact the Service Desk.
