What happens if i rent a vps for 1 year and i decide to cancel the subscription in one month time?

1. Will i lose all my money used to rent?

2. Will i get a partial refund?

3. If refund is possible what percentage of refund will i get?

 

There is no any refund option for MQL5 VPS.
But there is one possibility - for example:

If you cancel a paid subscription, the remaining time is returned to your MQL5.com account in the form of "free" minutes. Which later can be spent on a new subscription "for minutes."
