(newbie) Missing trades while copying signal with VPS

Hi everyone, 

Hope you having a nice Monday.

In my case, it was not :(. I am having a problem that my account was missing a winning trade from signal providers. It definitely not the slippage cause I set the it high enough. 

Is there other reason other because of the VPS from MQL5 is not effective guys? Looking for your help, will be much appreciate. 

 

By the way, 

The opening trades from my providers has a different entry price in mine account. I dont know what is wrong with all the things. It's depressed ! Please help me.

Your logs show that you finally synchronized successfully and that you've copied the signal trades with some points of difference/slippage.

This is all normal, when the broker/server setup you are using is not ideal, slippage can be quite high, check the signal's slippage tab for the best broker/server options (green and upper yellow values are best).

Make sure you've done everything as described here:

Thanks for your very helpful advises, I will consider the slippage list. But there shouldn't be 30 pips slippage under any circumstance , please find 2 attached files below. That's so weird and I really need explaination from MQL5. 

Furthermore, may I ask one more enquiry please, do I need to checkbox the ''Enable real time signal subcription'' again in the Setting  after enable my VPS server? Thanks Eleni.

You didn't copy the trades when they were opened, but much later when you synchronized, that's why you have so much difference in price.
