Hello, good day, I am a member of a signal.  My session is open on open platform but still no copying Can you help with this?
 

Look at the journal/logs of your Metatrader (or at journal/logs of MQL5 VPS in case you are using MQL5 VPS) to understand about what was copied and what was not copied and why.
