market tab in terminal is empty

 
The market tab in my mt5 terminal doesn't show my purchases anymore, even though I am logged in. How can I receive updates from my purchases? 
 

Fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and with your password
(your forum login is makeni; do not use your email for login).

Besides, check your Windows version: Windows with 32-bit is not supported anymore (it is the news from the several months ago from here).

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

 
Thank you so much for your reply. However, none of the above options has changed anything. When I open the market tab all I see is: 'no records'.

You can re-read my previous post once again.
Because if your Windows version is on 32-bit so the Market tab should be empty (you should have Windows 64-bit).

Besides, check about how you fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login (your forum login is makeni).
And check your products in your profile here: 
https://www.mql5.com/en/users/makeni/market 

Check Internet Explorer installed on your computer (the Market tab is using IE environment).

Check the build of your Metatrader (it should be on the latest released version).

4. I checked the settings of Internet Explorer: yes, I can use the chat with not a problem by sending/receiving the messages:
