Fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and forum password.
Your forum login is mahendar2910 (do not use email for login).
After that - login to your trading account. Which trading account?

I already purchased VPS #6281919 MQL5 Mumbai 01 yesterday, linked with my trade account, by mistake my MT4 deleted, now iam unable to VPS link to my trade account

If you login into your MQL5 community account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, with your mahendar2910 login, you will see your MQL5 VPS under the trading account that you've registered it for, on the left in the Navigator window.
