Signal wrong Symbol

Hi,

Have this problem 2021.07.31 15:30:36.211  '3091689': Signal - position #77972994 buy 0.33 NZDUSD. at 0.70149 skipped as no symbol found

And i understand what the problem is the symbol my signal is using have a dot after the NZDUSD and my symbol does not have that dot. Any workaround for this? Tried looking and searching for answers here before but no answers even thou the questions has been asked some what before.

Now i read those threads and got zero answers to my question of a workaround. First 6 symbols are the same it should work but i guess that is only for MT5 not MT4 so i need to wait for my broker to upgrade.

If your symbols are not mapped correctly, there is nothing else you can do except find a more compatible broker/server setup to move your signal subscription to it.

You can ask the signal provider for advice.
