Are you running anything else on that chart (or another chart), such as Indicators, EAs or Scripts?
If you are absolutely sure that it is not the EA, then they could cause it.
However, if it ONLY happens when you run that EA, then obviously it is that EA that is causing it, even if it is a bug of which the author is unaware.
Do you have the source code of the EA?
dont have source code? and one more question ....how to close all open order on ea ?
If you don't have source code, then you can only close the trades manually!
