why the it take 14 days for payment be verified ?

I am wondering is this time for every one or just me ?
cause it used to be 7 days
but its double right now in my payment page

As I see from the rule (Rules of Using the Freelance Service):

The payment for a completed work transferred to the account of the Developer shall be frozen for 2 weeks for approval. If no payment violations are revealed during the approval period, the amount transferred by the Customer is automatically unlocked within the specified period of time and can be withdrawn from the Developer's account.
