New VPS Terminal not responding

Hi,


I just started a subscription to the VPS service, having prepared my environment as specified in the documentation, but I'm getting an error message saying the server is stopped and it wont start the migration.


2021.07.09 19:35:53.952 Virtual Hosting: 6271106 status is 'stopped'

2021.07.09 19:35:53.602 Virtual Hosting: 6271106 no connect to trade server


See attached screen shot.


The documentation says that once subscribed, the server is immediately ready to use.

Can you investigate please, and it it cant be resolved, refund the subscription.

To understand, you must provide (in the form of log files, not in the form of pictures):

  1. Log file from your local terminal ("Journal" tab)
  2. Two log files from MQL5 VPS ("Experts" and "Journal")
