How it calculate market place product usage

Hi,

If i purchase any indicator or EA from market place.

How it calculate the usage?(Eg, if product license is 5 usage)

1. In number of PC/desktop/server used? (Eg, 5 PC can use the product simultaneously or all time)

2. In number of trading account used (from any broker)? (Eg, 5 trading account can use that product simultaneously or all time)

3. In number of Meta trader used? (Eg, 5 meta trader can use that product simultaneously or all time)

Which one is correct from all 3?

and usage calculate based on simultaneous or all time usage?

Activations?
The activation (one activation) is based on PC (hardware) with software (Windows version for example).
