I've already asked the Chat Bot and she suggested I need to request the change of my private data in Service Desk (where there is no topic on the drop-down list).

Have done adding the new phone no. :)

You can start with the "Service Desk" menu on your left hand side in the main profile page. It will navigate you to the chatbot and then follow the support's instructions. :)
