Purchased an indicator, but not working

I purchased an indicator, which showed on the sales page of having more input options as well as alerts, but once I purchased it, it does not have the said inputs and alert options. I have contacted the author, but no response. I am trying to hit complain, on the product page, but the option is not working. Please help me out how to deal with this issue.

There are some general information about your situation:

  • contact with the authoir/seller for any assistance about purchases;
  • if you do not know how to install your purchase/indicator so - open the thread on the forum to ask about it;
  • about refund - if you did not activate your indicator (if you did not install it) so you can cancel this purchase to get full refund;
  • any other cases related to the purchases - read the Rules here, and read post where I collected something related.
