In the tester report, if I have a 50% relative drawdown does it mean that taken whatever point in the period tested the biggest drawdown would have been of 50% ?

The important drawdown is the maximal one, this is the largest drawdown you will see.

That's not true. The largest drawdown in percentage is the Relative drawdown.
