Adding alerts

Need help as I want the custom indicator (#4 bheurekso pattern ) I use to have alerts(push notification) when ever a pattern is detected

You can only change code if you have the source code. An ".ex5" is not the source code. It is the final executable. Contact the author and request that they add alerts for you!
