gaurav001: Hi, I have just rented the VPS services for a month and i am unable to synch my mt4 account with the VPS. It is giving me error that a dll file is there and asking me to remove it. if i remove it the EA wont work. Please tell me what to do.
You should have read the rules of MQL5 VPS usage before renting. It clearly states that you cannot use any EAs the depend on DLLs.

10. No DLLs are allowed on a Virtual terminal. There is no physical capacity to use DLLs there.IV. Virtual Terminal Rental Conditions
6. If a program launched on a Virtual terminal tries to call a function from any DLL, this EX4/EX5 program is immediately stopped due to a critical error. Any DLL calls are forbidden.
