My History folder is over 10Gb - How to limit?

I have set "Max bars in chart" to 50k. However MT downloaded a lot of data which is over 10GB for 26 pairs. How can I make History be less in size on disk? Thanks)

Whatever do you need 50K bars in chart for?

If you want to reduce your downloaded history data, reduce your max bars in chart.

Use WinDirStat app to clean your PC.

No matter how small amount of bars (1K or 10K) MetaTrader downloads all available history since 1993! Any chance to limit this?

Limit both max bars in chart and in history.
