MQL5 credentials not working into Android app

My (double) bad: It's not exactly to do the payment but to 'top-up my account' that I thought MQID was required but now I see it's only about phone number verification.
Since both inputs are filled into the same form in settings/security I just missunderstood requirements.
I'd swear the page was prompting an error about missing MQID when updating the phone but ok...

Just trying the Android app login to get the MQID in order to pay a freelance job but the forum credentials are not working neither after password reset or attempting through MT4 and 5 mobile apps.
I am assuming here that login and password are the same I manage to access the community through PC desktop browser.
Is there any other way to get the MQID but into the mobile app?
Should I use different credentials?
Maybe a technical issue with my phone?
