As a seller registration i tried to get verification code three times via sms but i didn't get it once.

Any idea what can be done in such cases?

Every time I knew about SMS not being received was caused by Local Cell Phone Operators. 

I had it once, using Claro, than changed to TIM operator and code was received almost instantly.. I suggest you try receiving it using another local cell operator of your region.
